“How to open a new window in HTML.”
I was stumped how to do this until someone showed me how. I thought I'd share the info.
The basic HTML tag to link to another website is the anchor tag.
<a href="http://sitename.com">Link text here</a>
The HTML to open a new window:
<a href="http://sitename.com"target="_blank">Link text here</a>
There are a number of options you can put in the TARGET parameter of the anchor tag.
* _blank – Opens a new window when the link is clicked on.
* _parent – Will open a link in the original window that called the present window (using _blank)
* _self – Default behaviour of clicking on a link. It opens the link in the current window.
* _top – Allows you to break out of a frame

Click add media. Its the sun looking icon inside the red circle.

Click Choose files to upload

Select the PDF you want to upload.
Step 5
- Type in a title, caption and description (optional)
- Click Insert Into Post
How to Place A Picture in Yahoo
I just highlight the book cover and right click on it. Choose Copy. Don't choose Copy Image it won't work for yahoo. Once copied, paste in your email. It's pretty simple.
For permanent posting of the book cover to show up on all your posts.
In Mozilla Firefox
Click on the image with the right mouse button.
Select View Image (or, if not available, View Background Image) from the menu.
to copy image:
Select: Press Ctrl-A (Windows, Linux) or Command-A (Mac).
Copy: Now press Ctrl-C (Windows, Linux) or Command-C (Mac).
Open Yahoo! Mail.
Select Options | Mail Options from the top right navigation area.
Go to the Signature category.
Position the cursor where you want to insert your image.
Paste: Press Ctrl-V (Windows, Linux) or Command-V (Mac).
Click Save Changes.
