ack O’Casey would be arriving soon for their morning dive, a ritual they entertained daily. During the summer months, they took to the sea at the entrance of smuggler’s cave, located beneath her store where rum smugglers of old docked to unload their goods. During the winter months, they opted for taking Jack’s boat. Being a half-mermaid, the bloodline being from the Merrow clan of Ireland, the ocean’s temperament didn’t hamper her in the least, but it could prove treacherous for Jack, who was human, and the cave’s entrance proved tricky when there were calm waters, but perilous when stormy.
