Behind the scenes of Twilight's Eternal Embrace Book Cover
This vampire tale will soon be released with Rebecca J. Vickery Publishing sometime in September 2012. There may be a few minor changes, but for the most part the book cover is complete.
The cover consists of four photos: Jimmy Thomas stock photo, a moon scene, a woods scene and a medieval castle. (all paid for stock photos or public domain photos.)
Originally the woman was wearing a light pink nightie. Since this tale is an Upper Young Adult story, the woman need to be clothed appropriately and a light grey-blue dress looks quite lovely on her, don't you agree?
I added the background with two different stock photos, using the moon scene and the forest. I blended all the colors of each photo to match the grey blue theme I was going for. The castle for the back of the book was ghosted over the moon scene photo. The medieval jewelry was added, too. Every woman needs some bling. lol
