Evie has been hired to be Bellamy’s assistant and has met the band at the hotel where they are staying, and is now with Leon (bandmate) who is going to take her to where he believes Bellamy is hiding out. Leon fills her in about Bellamy’s condition. He arrived last night after a forty-eight-hour stint in the New York rehab, which he’d checked himself into and was able to check himself right out again to board a plane to LA. Leon and Evie are inside the elevator, but Leon hesitates in pushing the button to a designated floor.

Evie’s connection to Bellamy is she’d been asked to be his assistant prior to the official date the band would go on tour, but she didn’t accept the position. Kelsey wants to send her back in time to that moment for her to say she will take the job. Note: Evie would only be with Bellamy for three weeks to keep him on schedule for interviews and such and wouldn’t be with the band when they started the tour or on the day Bellamy ends his life.

We’re jumping ahead a few paragraphs. Evie asked why she can’t be sent back in time to the day Bellamy commits suicide instead? Seems like a logical question, right?
